Approaching everything with wit, efficiency, grace and that unique touch of Wisconsin comical sarcasm, Sav is our Production Coordinator and resident organizer extraordinaire. The glue that binds, the ringmaster of the circus; keeping everything on time, on track, and running smoothly and all while making it look effortless.
A die-hard reader and audiobook listener, Sav brings a keen love of romance, a hawk-like eye for detail, and the level of care, attention and enthusiasm to each project that every book parent (yes, you!) could hope for and deserves. She'll bring a smile to your face and your books to life.
And her favorite part of the job? Overseeing written stories blossom into their fully formed best audiobook selves.

Owner & Executive Producer
With over two decades in the entertainment world on both sides of the Atlantic, Shane has spent his career on stage, on camera, and behind the mic. He founded East House Productions to give indie authors a supportive, low-stress path to audiobook production, centered on great storytelling, collaboration, and a process that is genuinely enjoyable.
Shane has voiced more than 1,000 audiobooks, romance as Shane East and other genres as Steve West, and has worked with everyone from major global publishers to first-time indie authors as both a narrator and a producer. This depth of experience, industry knowledge, and trusted relationships is difficult to match.
From managing budgets and casting the right voices to guiding creative vision and technical execution, Shane leads each project from start to finish with clarity, care, and a signature touch of British humour. He balances big-picture thinking with close attention to detail, ensuring every audiobook is polished, impactful, and ready to stand out.
